We are a family-run flower farm using sustainable growing practices located in Hanover, Virginia. Our thriving garden is used in floral design, educational workshops, and to inspire creativity through the joy of flowers.

CLASSES
We offer a creative assortment of professionally-led floral workshops such as Flower Stem Bars, Centerpiece Design, Bubbles and Blooms, Fairy Gardens, Wreathmaking, and Kissing Balls, just to name a few. They take place at our farm and around RVA…see you there!

It’s our goal on the farm to have your floral bouquets and event accents be as unique as you are! We want to hear about your story, your ideas, and your vision so we can bring it to life with our floral designers. ARRANGEMENTS
We delight in creating seasonal bouquets for any occasion. They are one-of-a-kind floral arrangements, that vary in size from our smaller “Ray of Sunshine” bouquets, to our large “Freckled Flower Farm Special” arrangements. We welcome custom designs, as well.
About the flower farm
The farm is nestled alongside a pine forest in beautiful Hanover County and dates to 1740. Family-owned, it was once part of ‘Little Garden’, the homestead of co-owner Sara Mallory’s grandmother. This very farmland sits adjacent to the Waldrop family farm, owned by Kelly Waldrop's family, the other co-owner of The Freckled Flower Farm.
Now a thriving flower farm, Sara and Kelly love knowing their business grows on the land they ran on barefoot as children playing in the country.
