This fan favorite workshop combines two of our favorite things, flower design & watercolor. Have you ever wanted to create your own watercolor painting, but didn't know where to begin? This workshop will not only teach useful watercolor techniques but also floral design techniques as you make a petite arrangement. Added bonus: A delicious glass of James River wine is included in your ticket price!
Join us at James River Cellars Winery for Botanical Design: Blooms & Watercolor Class. Learn about watercolor techniques, color mixing, and how to arrange flowers to create your very own lovely painting inspired by your petite arrangement. We will provide beautiful spring blooms to use in creating a petite arrangement in a rose gold dipped bud vase and then we will use the blooms as inspiration as we learn watercolor techniques, paint your favorite flower or entire arrangement.
All materials and instruction included. No experience necessary.
These classes usually last around an hour and a half . When you arrive, visit the tasting room to get your glass of wine and a bite to eat then bring them to class.
